You are invited to join us as we celebrate the quietude of the season and take a sacred pause on the darkest, shortest day of the year. This all-levels practice will provide a space to reflect, recalibrate, and create intentions for the year to come.
The practice will be followed by a community pot luck - bring a dish to share, if you’d like. Taught by Melissa Newell RYT 500, this will be a free offering.
