What options do you have available for wedding flowers??

Here at Ultreia we offer two options for wedding flowers: Bulk DIY Blooms and Weddings A La Carte.  

Bulk DIY Blooms are perfect for the couple who is flexible in flower type, has the time and desire to arrange their own flowers, is on a budget, loves local and seasonally-inspired blooms, and enjoys a simple, elegant, rustic, and organic style. 

Weddings A La Carte are perfect for the couple that wants more support with the design and styling, but that also appreciates the flexibility that seasonal blooms require and loves the organic, farm-fresh look and quality of local blooms.  This option is for those with more of a budget to work with, but who desire transparency with pricing and knowing what to expect.  Design preferences are noted and adhered to.

For both of these options, general color palettes can be specified, but unfortunately we cannot promise to provide specific varieties and/or types of flowers due to being at the whim of Mother Nature.  We always try our best to honor the wishes of the couple, but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans in mind.

Do you offer event set-up??

No, we do not.  All flowers and arrangements must be picked up at our farm or delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.  Due to our farm being small with very few employees we simply do not have the staff required for a full-service wedding flower set-up.

What are the order minimums for your wedding options??

The order minimum for a Bulk DIY Blooms event is $350 (excluding taxes and any fees), and the order minimum for a Weddings A La Carte event is $1000 (excluding taxes and any fees).

How does pick-up work?

Pick-up arrangements are set at our final check-in, one month prior to your event.  

Any afternoon between 3-5PM can work.  At pick-up a staff member will greet you and help you load your flowers.  If delivery is required, this can be arranged for an additional fee depending on the location.

What is the best way to store my flowers once they are picked up?  How long can I expect them to last??

Flowers should be stored in clean vessels in water in a cool, dark place, out of any direct sunlight.  If put in a commercial cooler, the ideal temperature is 38-42 degrees.  

Wedding flowers are harvested at peak bloom and are intended to be used within 1-2 days of pick-up. 

Do I need to return the buckets and/or vases?

Nope, they are yours to keep!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Check or cash are preferred.  Venmo and credit card are accepted with a 5% processing fee.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Deposits and payments are refundable less a 10% processing fee up until 60 days prior to the scheduled event.  A 50% payment is required to reserve the date of your event, and final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to your event.
