Thank you for your interest in wedding flowers from our farm!  We would love to be a part of your special day.  At Ultreia Farm & Wellness, we organically grow dozens of varieties of heirloom cut flowers and specialize in one-of-a-kind, seasonally-inspired arrangements.  You can be guaranteed that the freshest, highest quality, straight-from-the-garden, local blooms will be a part of your special day.

Here in western Colorado, we offer our wedding flower services in the months of April through October.  Below you will find everything you need to get started.  We welcome any questions and look forward to the opportunity of working together!

  • Bulk blooms are perfect for the couple that is flexible in flower types. With this option a general color palette can be specified.

  • Bulk blooms are perfect for the couple that has the desire, creative energy, and resources (ie time) to design.

  • Bulk blooms are perfect for the couple that LOVES supporting local, organic agriculture and that enjoys a fresh, sometimes wild, garden-fresh, and elegant style.

  • Bulk blooms are perfect for the couple that is on a budget. Buckets of flowers cost $120 and include a 10” bucket filled with focal flowers, foliage, and accent flowers. Depending on the types of flowers, buckets usually contain about 60-80 stems. Generally speaking, this is enough for 5-6 mason jar arrangements OR 2 large centerpieces OR 15-20 bud vases OR 3 petite attendant bouquets. There is a $350 order minimum (excluding taxes and any delivery fees) for this option.

the process

  • Read through all materials on the website, including the FAQs page, carefully.

  • If you’d like to move forward with reserving your date and flowers from Ultreia, fill out this Google Form and questionnaire.  If you have any questions on this form, email ultreiafarmandwellness@gmail.com

  • Within five (5) business days of receiving your inquiry, Ultreia will respond with an estimate using the details you have provided.

  • After approving your order, email or mail a copy of your signed contract with a 50% down payment to reserve your date on our calendar.  Your down payment will be applied to your final balance.  Payment by check or cash is preferred, or Venmo and credit card are accepted with a 5% processing fee.

  • Four weeks prior to your event we will reconnect with you for a pre-event check-in by phone.  Additions, substitutions, and small changes can be made at this time.  Pick up arrangements will be solidified at this time.

  • Final payment is due two weeks or 14 days prior to your event.  Checks payable to Ultreia Farm or cash are preferred.  Venmo and credit card are accepted but will incur a 5% processing fee.

  • Flowers will be available at the pre-arranged time and place.  All buckets and vessels can be kept and do not need to be returned.  Flowers should be stored in the coolest, most shaded spot available until the time of your event.  Delivery is available for an additional fee.
