Join us for an all-levels, gentle align & flow class on select Sunday mornings throughout the summer months. Modifications will be offered to make this class accessible to anyone and everyone who wishes to join. This class will draw upon traditional yogic philosophical teachings as guiding themes, and meditation, pranayama, balance-improving techniques, and deep stretching will be incorporated into each practice. All are welcome.
Suggested donation of $10. Bring a mat and any props you might have. If you don’t have any, no problem! There will be some available to borrow. We’ll meet in the grass near the covered pavilion.
