Do you love to marvel at the unique beauty of dahlias but have been intimidated by growing them?  Dahlias are the queen of the late summer flower garden and can be easy to grow with just a few tips.

Join us on Saturday, April 5 from 9-11AM at the Grand Mesa Arts & Events Center for a spring gardening presentation, Planting, Prepping, & Caring For Dahlias.  This interactive class will discuss:

  • When, how, & where to plant

  • Soil likes & dislikes

  • Pinching & corralling 

  • When & how to harvest

  • Common pests & disease

A “Planting & Caring for Dahlias” guide will be provided to all registered participants.  Organically grown dahlia tubers from our farm will be available for sale at this event.
